Fractional: Go-to for most clients, Kevin as your fractional head of operations and a supporting team including human experts and AI.

Coach & Build: Weekly meeting cadence and 1 or 2 deliverables per week in a particular area (like rebuilding your sales process).

Coaching: Advising on best practices on a weekly basis. No deliverables outside of the working session. Asynchronous support with 24h turnaround.

RevOps-in-a-box: Beta SaaS + service model to give early stage companies without a RevOps team budget.

Any side projects you've built just for yourself?

Dynasty Command. It's a tool I built to run my own dynasty fantasy football leagues (I'm in 15!), honestly just because I wanted an excuse to build something with the same AI-execution approach I use for clients. If I'm going to tell founders to actually build with AI instead of just talking about it, I'd better be doing it for my own stuff too.

I'm also toying with a headless CRM with a RevOps "brain" managing best practices and data governance.

What's broken about the RevOps agency model?

There are some good ones out there, but most just don't take the effort to truly learn their clients' business and make money getting you to buy bloated contracts from HubSpot when lower tiers will do fine (see the HubSpot partner community). But they do all of these at pricing that sounds like you're getting a fractional RevOps leader. You're not.

Once they implement their templated portal implementations that have nothing to do with your business, they usually revert to a model where your assigned reps just hand you suggestions on what to build.
