I'd love to help!** — the signal they've promoted to the top of their page. Advising · Open to board roles · Open to freelance work · Open to speaking ## About I’m Kevin Stout, founder of Revductive. I solve complex B2B challenges with AI, GTM tech, and optimized human processes. Former first ops hire at Pearl ($0-40M ARR). ## Expertise Sectors: SaaS (B2B) · HealthTech / MedTech · AI / ML platforms Skills: RevOps · CRM Architecture · GTM Strategy · Sales Process Design · Workflow Automation · AI Implementation · Fractional Consulting · B2B SaaS Growth · Artificial intelligence · GTM Technology · Customer Lifecycles · Conversion Rates ## FAQ **How is Revductive different from a typical RevOps agency?** Most agencies hand you templated solutions, a strategy deck, and a Loom video and call it a day. We build quickly and iterate constantly with AI. We spend 80% of our time learning your business to develop the best plan of action, allow AI to handle 100% of the implementation, and spend the rest of time doing QA on what we've built to ensure a higher quality than what human or AI could do alone. This lets us deliver high quality execution at a faster cadence than anyone else out there. **What does working with you actually look like?** Different models for different situations. Fractional: Go-to for most clients, Kevin as your fractional head of operations and a supporting team including human experts and AI. Coach & Build: Weekly meeting cadence and 1 or 2 deliverables per week in a particular area (like rebuilding your sales process). Coaching: Advising on best practices on a weekly basis. No deliverables outside of the working session. Asynchronous support with 24h turnaround. RevOps-in-a-box: Beta SaaS + service model to give early stage companies without a RevOps team budget. **Any side projects you've built just for yourself?** Dynasty Command. It's a tool I built to run my own dynasty fantasy football leagues (I'm in 15!), honestly just because I wanted an excuse to build something with the same AI-execution approach I use for clients. If I'm going to tell founders to actually build with AI instead of just talking about it, I'd better be doing it for my own stuff too. I'm also toying with a headless CRM with a RevOps "brain" managing best practices and data governance. **What's broken about the RevOps agency model?** There are some good ones out there, but most just don't take the effort to truly learn their clients' business and make money getting you to buy bloated contracts from HubSpot when lower tiers will do fine (see the HubSpot partner community). But they do all of these at pricing that sounds like you're getting a fractional RevOps leader. You're not. Once they implement their templated portal implementations that have nothing to do with your business, they usually revert to a model where your assigned reps just hand you suggestions on what to build. ## Experience ### Founder — Revductive - **Role:** Founder - **Company:** [Revductive](https://revductive.com/) - **Type:** Full-time - **From:** 2025 - **To:** Present - **Location:** Peachtree City, Georgia, United States - **Arrangement:** Remote - **Summary:** Fractional RevOps & AI consulting for B2B SaaS - **Highlights:** - Built customer lifecycle processes, automation, and tech stack from the ground up for dozens of companies. - Implemented AI workflows to improve efficiency and get people back to interacting with people. - Improved AI literacy across many companies.
