Voice input
Hold a key to talk to Fons in your workspace — release to send. Default is Alt, a modifier, so it never clashes with typing a space.
Hold your push-to-talk key and read:
Two-factor authentication
Add a time-based code from an authenticator app as a second step when you sign in. Recommended for everyone; required for investor and admin accounts.
Scan with an authenticator app (1Password, Google Authenticator, Authy), then enter the 6-digit code it shows.

Privacy & data
Download everything we hold about you, or permanently delete your account — both take effect immediately.
This permanently deletes your account, profile, company and all associated data across every system. This cannot be undone.

Apps and AI agents you've allowed to read or update your Fons profile. Revoking access takes effect immediately.

Fons Plus is billed per company. Cards, invoices and cancellations are handled in the Stripe portal.

Includes one manager seat. View-only teammates are free and unlimited.
Secure checkout and card handling by Stripe — your card details never touch Fons. Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Claim requests
Manual claims where the founder's email domain didn't match the website. Approve to grant ownership, or reject.

Investor applications
Self-serve investor-seat applications awaiting review. Approve to mint the seat (exactly as the manual grant does); decline records the decision with no reason exposed. The applicant is notified either way. Every action requires your two-factor.
Investor seats
Grant a vetted investor the granular company view. The investor must already have a Fons account (they sign up first). Revoke takes effect immediately. Every action requires your two-factor.
Connector health
Every connector across every company, worst first. A connector that stops producing evidence is silent by default — this is where that silence becomes visible. Stale = nothing synced for 48 hours.
Create + Import
Seed a single listing by hand, or review the imported corpus.
Fons Onboarding Agent
Give the agent a company domain. It extracts the name, sector, and logo, then creates or reuses a public company listing.
New listing
A company the directory tracks. The website domain is what a founder's email must match to self-claim it.
Imported corpus
Bulk import runs as a CLI job (scripts_outreach/). Manage imported rows from the Companies tab.
Talk to Fons
Hold a key to speak. Fons listens only while the key is held.
